1. Кто обрабатывает данные

2. К чему относится политика
Политика действует для сайта datawarrior.ru и для приложения «datawarrior Dashboard». Приложение это дополнения к Google Таблицам на Google Apps Script, которые datawarrior делает для заказчиков, а также публичные демо-таблицы.
3. Какие данные Google получает приложение
Приложение запрашивает одну область доступа: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.container.ui. Она разрешает показывать окна и боковые панели внутри таблицы, в которой установлено приложение.
С этой областью приложение не получает адрес почты, профиль Google, файлы Google Диска, другие таблицы и документы пользователя. Данные пользователя приложение не читает, не сохраняет и не отправляет на серверы datawarrior.
Если приложению понадобится другая область доступа, эта политика будет обновлена до того, как приложение её запросит. Полный список областей Google показывает на экране согласия при первом запуске.
4. Как используются данные
Разрешение на показ окон используется только для того, чтобы показать интерфейс дашборда внутри таблицы. Других целей нет.
5. Передача третьим лицам
Данные, полученные через Google API, не продаются, не передаются третьим лицам, не используются для рекламы, для оценки платёжеспособности и для обучения моделей машинного обучения. Сотрудники и подрядчики datawarrior такие данные не читают.
6. Соответствие правилам Google
Использование и передача приложением «datawarrior Dashboard» информации, полученной от Google API, соответствует Google API Services User Data Policy, включая требования Limited Use (ограниченного использования).
7. Сайт datawarrior.ru
На сайте работает Яндекс Метрика: она собирает обезличенную статистику посещений с помощью cookie (страницы, источник перехода, устройство, действия на странице). Метрику можно отключить настройками браузера или блокировщиком.
Если вы отправляете заявку через форму на сайте, сохраняются данные, которые вы указали: имя, контакт и текст заявки. Они записываются в Google Таблицу заявок и приходят уведомлением в Telegram, чтобы ответить на заявку. Кроме этих сервисов, данные заявки никому не передаются.
8. Удаление данных и отзыв доступа
Отозвать доступ приложения к Google-аккаунту можно в любой момент на странице myaccount.google.com/permissions. Также можно удалить приложение из таблицы или удалить копию таблицы.
Приложение не хранит данные из Google-аккаунта, поэтому после отзыва доступа у datawarrior таких данных не остаётся. Чтобы удалить данные заявки с сайта, напишите на owner@datawarrior.ru, и они будут удалены.

1. Who processes the data

2. Scope
This policy covers the website datawarrior.ru and the application "datawarrior Dashboard". The application is a set of Google Sheets add-ons built with Google Apps Script that datawarrior makes for its clients, plus public demo spreadsheets.
3. What Google data the application accesses
The application requests one OAuth scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.container.ui. It allows the application to display dialogs and sidebars inside the spreadsheet where it is installed.
With this scope the application does not receive your email address, Google profile, Google Drive files, or any other spreadsheets or documents. The application does not read, store, or send user data to datawarrior servers.
If the application ever needs another scope, this policy will be updated before the application requests it. Google shows the full list of scopes on the consent screen at first launch.
4. How the data is used
The permission to display dialogs is used only to show the dashboard interface inside the spreadsheet. It is not used for any other purpose.
5. Sharing with third parties
Data received through Google APIs is not sold, not shared with third parties, and not used for advertising, for credit assessment, or for training machine learning models. Nobody at datawarrior reads such data.
6. Compliance with Google policies
datawarrior Dashboard's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. The datawarrior.ru website
The website uses Yandex Metrica, which collects anonymous visit statistics with cookies (pages viewed, referrer, device, on-page actions). You can block it in your browser settings or with a content blocker.
If you submit a request through the form on the website, the data you enter is stored: your name, contact, and message. It is saved to a Google spreadsheet of requests and sent as a Telegram notification so that the request can be answered. Apart from these services, request data is not shared with anyone.
8. Data deletion and revoking access
You can revoke the application's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You can also remove the add-on from the spreadsheet or delete your copy of the spreadsheet.
The application stores no data from your Google account, so nothing remains with datawarrior after access is revoked. To delete a website request, email owner@datawarrior.ru, and it will be deleted.
